Remote Control Cards

You can now lock and unlock your Members First Credit Union debit or credit card from your phone! This is a great tool in case if you misplace your card or even if you want to curb your spending. All you need to do to use this tool is log on to your Online or Mobile Banking and click on Remote Control Cards under the Services section.

By locking your card, you can block any future purchases made with your card. However, locking your card will NOT affect any reoccurring fees, credits, or repeating transactions. When you are ready to use your card again, you can unlock your card.

In the Remote Control Cards section, you can also report your card as lost or stolen. Once you report your card as lost or stolen, your card now has a hard block and cannot be unblocked. After your card is reported as lost or stolen, please call Members First at 435-723-5231 to receive a new card.

How to use Remote Control Cards

1.    Log on to Online or Mobile Banking.

2.    Go to the Services section and click Remote Control Cards.

3.    Find the card you would like to lock, unlock, or report as lost or stolen.

4.    In the Status box, use the drop down menu to change the status of your card to Unlocked, Locked, Lost, or Stolen.

5.    Click submit. Click submit again.

Remote Control Cards is a great way to manage your debit or credit card at any time- day or night.
